It come in all sorts of colours i think and its in a little pot and you use a brush to apply it??

Cake Eyeliner.
You use a brush with a bit of water on it and swirl it in the product. It will become a liquid consistency which can then be applied as liquid liner.
The advantages of buying cake eyeliner and a eyeliner brush is that you can have more control over putting it on. It also won’t dry up and has a longer life than liquid liner. Liquid in a bottle tends to dry up quickly.
Try buying Two Faced’s cake eyeliner from Sephora. It has brown and black cake liner together.
