Hand Painted

How do you wash hand painted shoes without ruining them?
I have some hand painted shoes I bought a few years ago and they’re a little dirty. I wanna clean them but I dunno how to without ruining the paint. Please help
is that place the whole shoe in or just wet it with spongue.
Take a damp clean cloth and wipe the shoes down. You may want to try rubbing alcohol on the cloth for stubborn spots.
